The Non-residential Treatment program is an intensive, three-phase community-based program for delinquent males and females, under 21 years old, from both Dauphin and Cumberland Counties, who the court has ordered to be supervised within the community as opposed to residential placement, and for clients returning to the community from a residential facility.
