The Hector Garza Treatment Center is a 122-bed staff-secure facility that provides a treatment alternative to incarceration for adolescents referred through the juvenile justice system and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS). Residents range in age from 10-17 and often exhibit serious behavioral and psychological impairments.
